According to the Addendum signed on 14.09.2022 with Elefant, the deadline for the debt payment was 30.11.2022.
2Performant sent a series of notifications regarding the delays for the payment tranches, but Elefant paid only a small portion of them.
As a result, we advanced with the legal steps to recover the remain debt, through the payment order procedure, which is consider to be the procedure with a faster resolution period.
