At the beginning of September, Vivre Deco SA requested the opening of the preventive concordat proceedings and during November they sent to all the company's creditors a restructuring plan in order to ensure the business viability.
According to the plan, of the total debt to 2Performant, in the amount of RON 31,367.18, Vivre has recognised only the amount of RON 19,024 and will be paid only a percentage of 4.22%, more precisely RON 803. This payment is scheduled to be made in the fourth quarter of the fourth year of restructuring.
As a consequence, 2Performant has voted against the implementation of this restructuring plan and we are following the legal procedures in force.
